Is the Fukuoka Ruby 2025 Award Competition cancelled?

I noticed that there have not been any announcements for the Fukuoka Ruby 2025 Award Competition yet. Normally, the next year's Fukuoka Ruby Competition request for applications is announced by the end of August.

Does anyone know anything about the upcoming Fukuoka Ruby 2025 Award Competition?
