That timeout seems to have been missed for months. The following was recorded in a successful test. ``` Testing the csv gem D:/a/ruby/ruby/build/ruby.exe -C D:/a/ruby/ruby/src/gems/src/csv D:/a/ruby/ruby/src/.bundle/bin/rake test Sending KILL signal ``` This should record a failure in the test for the csv gem. With git bisect, I found the first bad is f30f0f0a22bb5cf536b5ca551f3dfa5ebb745030. It was also reproduced locally when using the mingw compiler. But I couldn't discover any more about this issue.
