We propose the following members for the new branch maintainer of current stable branches. * `ruby_3_3`: @k0kubun * `ruby_3_2`: @nagachika * `ruby_3_1`: @hsbt (me) We consider to how resolve #20432 's request at the next time. And `ruby_3_1` still have some critical build issues like #20151 , #20451 and others.
