So it doesn't make sense to keep the environment variable `RUBY_GC_HEAP_INIT_SLOTS`. I'm proposing to deprecate `RUBY_GC_HEAP_INIT_SLOTS` and eventually remove it. -- https://bugs.ruby-lang.org/
