[ruby-core:117767] [Ruby master Bug#20468] Segfault on safe navigation in for target

      Issue #20468 has been updated by nobu (Nobuyoshi Nakada).

I can't imagine what it should do when `foo == nil`.
Should be a syntax error probably?
