Adding `-no_fixup_chains -undefined dynamic_lookup` together will break old compilers. `-no_fixup_chains` should be checked solely **before** `-undefined dynamic_lookup`, at least.

Ran `gem install pg_query` (`gem install ffi-yajl` will also fail).
