Issue #19373 has been updated by jadephare@gmail.com (Jade Thornton). This was resolved by uninstalling homebrew and reinstalling. Context: I'm trying to run pod install on a react native project that requires a ruby version of 2.7.5 after a react native upgrade. Others on my team have been able to build their projects so I think this is specific to M1 machines.
