I think this is the easiest option. * Backport the 5 commits above in ruby/ruby. * If ruby/ruby only wants to use ruby/openssl only increasing patch version, we may need some work in ruby/openssl side to reelase the ruby/openssl gem 3.1.z, 3.0.z and 2.2.z. I think this is the hardest option.
