That's quite normal.
1) if you changed any content related to body, subject, recepients etc, that will break
DKIM. If dkim was broken, some providers will reject the messages.
2) your list provider must have SRS setup. otherwise it will break SPF.
3) Even if you have SRS setup, this has no helps to DMARC, since the evolope address is
list address now. And since your DKIM was broken due to adding footer etc, your DMARC will
fail entirely.
4) to improve the delivery issues try to do: (a) don't modify any message content; (b)
setup SRS for forwarding; (c) if content modification is must, use ARC to adjust it.
